Free Local Delivery
- We have a 'Local Delivery' option available that you can select at checkout.
- Receive your order within 24 hours. Order before 11am to receive same day delivery. We do not deliver on weekends, you will receive the order on Monday if ordered after 11am on Friday.
- You must live within 5km of town centre, this does not include PO boxes.
Native Plants Delivery
- For free delivery, you must spend $50 or more on plant products. You can include non-plant products in the same order (ie. tees) BUT the price total of the native products must come to a minimum of $50.
- Orders under $50 will incur a $10 fee for delivery.
- Local delivery (within 5km of town) centre only.
Small Items Only
- All Small* online orders are shipped with Australia Post unless you are notified by email that it will be shipped via courier.
- Once payment is received, all orders will be dispatched within 2 business days.
- Shipping is at a flat rate of $10 Australia wide for small orders only.
- For Large* Online orders such as bulky/oversized items, please see the next section below.
- Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You are responsible for tracking your own delivery via the tracking number provided.
- Signature is required on all deliveries. Please ship your order to an address where someone will be present.
Should your parcel not be collected and is returned back to Tide & Co, the customer is to cover costs of re-postage.
Deliveries may take up to 2-5 days, depending on location.
- Please contact us to arrange a separate shipping quote for your order and allow 2 days for a quote to be sent you. Shipping costs must be paid in full before order can be sent.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You are responsible for tracking your own delivery via the tracking number provided.
Signature is required on all deliveries. Please ship your order to an address where someone will be present or alternatively can pick up from your nearest spot that we can arrange upon request.
Do you do International Shipping?
Please contact us via email at email@example.com if you would like to order anything from our website and we may be able to provide you with a quote for International shipping. Please note that the customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes and customs clearances that are relevant to that country.
