Shipping cost is dependent on your order's weight and varies between $10.00 - $20.00. Items over 5kg can only be purchased for pick up. You will be notified on this at checkout.
All orders are shipped via AusPost. Once payment is received, all orders will be dispatched within two business days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You are responsible for tracking your own delivery via the tracking number provided. Should your parcel not be collected and is returned back to Tide & Co, the customer is to cover costs of re-postage. Deliveries may take up to 2-10 days, depending on location.
We have a Pick Up option available that you can select at checkout. We are located at 73A Dempster Street, Esperance. See footer for opening hours.
You will receive a receipt via email which you will need to show at the counter at time of pick up.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes and customs clearances that are relevant to that country.
We will happily authorise a store credit for any full priced product purchased from our online store within 30 days of the item's original delivery date. We do not offer refunds unless the item is deemed faulty.
All returned products must be returned in new and unused condition.
If you would like to return an item, please fill out this form with your order number in the subject line (within 30 days of delivery date). After the expiry of the 30 day period, no store credit can be offered.
Please note, return costs are at your own expense, unless we deem the product faulty, in which case we will reimburse you for the product and shipping costs upon our inspection. They may be sent via any method, but please keep a note of the tracking number for location purposes. We will not be held responsible for any lost or undelivered returns.

We do not offer exchanges on sale items, skincare and earrings (unless the item deemed is faulty). For exchange of swimwear, the hygiene strip must still be in place and the tags attached.

If an item received is damaged or faulty, please fill out this form within 14 days of receiving. We will try our best to replace the item, but in the case we are out of stock, a refund may be granted.
Damaged & Faulty Items From All Other Brands/Suppliers
If an item has been visually damaged during shipment, please contact us within 7 days of arrival by emailing email@example.com and we will try out best to figure out the best solution. In most cases, the item will be replaced or a refund offered if we are out of stock. If the item is faulty due to the manufacture of the product, please contact the brand directly. Feel free to get in touch if you have any questions.
We prefer to process any refunds or exchanges for in-store purchases in-store, but we understand some of our customers are travellers and don't live locally. In this case, please contact us via email within 30 days of purchase and we will figure out the best solution.
Deliveries may take up to 2-10 days Australia wide, location depending as we are located in a rural town. If you do not receive your order after 10 working days of being dispatched please email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can follow up.
